This week's challenge is a 20-minute AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible). If you are not familiar with AMRAPs, the concept is to complete as many rounds of the following exercises as possible within the time allotted, and in this case it's 20 minutes.
You'll set your timer for 20 minutes and complete each of the following exercises. You will then repeat the exercises until your timer ends. Keep track of your completed rounds, along with how far you got in the last round before your time ended. For example, if you complete 4 complete rounds, and then in your 5th round you complete the squats, twists, but only get 15 lunges then you would want to record 4 + 15 lunges. Do this challenge as many times as you would like this week and then record your best AMRAP. We will do this challenge again in a few months and your goal will be to complete more rounds than you did this week.
