Daily Motivational - Are You An Emotional Eater?
Many of us tend to turn to food to deal with certain emotions, such as anxiety, depression, boredom, etc. And instead of eating when we have these moments, if we would find some type of activity our bodies would be better off, and we would feel better afterwards as well. Even if it's just for a walk, it would be better than indulging in overeating.
