I have days where I'm wondering if I'll be able to hit my goals or even make it through my workout. I've done this many times, where I've wanted to skip a workout or cardio session. But then after I really think about it, I realize by doing that I'm not getting any closer to my goals. We had a busy weekend with mother's day and my nephews graduation, and then on top of that I wasn't feeling well. I have been a little off track the past week or so, but finally feeling somewhat normal and back on track. I know I can hit my goals, I just need to quit doubting myself and get back to work.
