Daily Thoughts - I Workout For Me
We have a great group of people at Fitness Together. We encourage and motivate each other to reach our goals. We keep each other accountable. But, when it comes down to it, regardless if it's my private session or a group session, I'm there for me and me only. Sometimes we have to make it about ourselves and not worry about what anyone else is saying or thinking, especially if those things are not helping you meet your goals.
