This week I lost 1.2 pounds. I was really hoping to lose 2, but considering I was on vacation all last week I'm good with that! There really isn't much more I could have done. I'm sure there were a couple lower calorie days, but I did manage to get six days of cardio in. Well, onto a new week! Hopefully next week I'll be able to hit a new goal!
