I've decided to start posting the cardio workouts I do each day so others can do the workout on their own if they choose. The workout I have planned for Monday, December 30th, is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout. It will take approximately 30 minutes. THE WORKOUT: Will consist of 4 complete rounds of each exercise, with a 2 minute rest between each round.
Round 1 - 30 sec of work/30 sec of rest of each exercise
Round 2 - 40 sec of work/20 sec of rest of each exercise
Round 3 - 50 sec of work/10 sec of rest of each exercise
Round 4 - 60 sec of work/0 sec of rest of each exercise
THE 5 EXERCISES:
KB or DB Swings (regular body squats if you don't have access to a kettlebell or dumbbell)
