Weekend Workout Challenge

I had a few people asking for suggestions on workouts they can do at home, and even had a couple people asking about posting more weekend workout challenges. Now, don't let the title scare you, but here's one I will be doing tomorrow for my cardio. I will complete four rounds, taking a two minute rest between each round. My challenge to you is to set a goal of how many rounds you feel you can complete, and go for it! If you are unsure of how to do a specific exercise, or if you need suggestions on modifications, you can Google/Youtube it; or feel free to shoot me a message and I would be more than happy to help you out!
