We've heard that saying forever, "You are what you eat". But I think the important thing to keep in mind is how we eat on a regular basis. I've mentioned before, having a cheat meal from time to time isn't the problem, it's when you eat like that daily.
So, when you're planning your daily or weekly meals, keep this thought in mind and ask yourself; is this food providing the nutrition my body needs to be healthy and strong? Remember, food is to provide fuel for your body, make sure you're giving it the best!
