Daily Motivational - Don't Be With The Majority

When I saw this, I wasn't too shocked by the high percentage of people who quit a fitness plan, and I bet the percentage of people who have started and quit a fitness plan multiple times is just as high. So, once you've started and found what works for you, choose to be a part of the minority this time and don't quit! Remember, your health and fitness is not about anyone else, it's all about YOU!!!!
