Weekly Recipe - Crustless Ham and Swiss Mini Quiches

For only 197 calories per serving, as prepared, you get three mini quiches. I had mine for breakfast with a serving of wheat toast. Add a side of mixed berries as well, and you still have a delicious low-calorie breakfast; or this would make a nice brunch! Simple and delicious! And this is something that is easy to modify by adding or removing any veggies or meat you want.
