Weigh-In Wednesday

This week I lost only .6, just right over a 1/2 pound, but it's still going in the right direction! :) Today I had to really focus on my cardio, because only getting an hour of sleep last night I was exhausted when I got there. So the whole hour I'm on the treadmill, I had to keep remembering the challenge I'm currently participating in, and just keep pushing through.
