Daily Motivational - Don't Just Lose Weight

I thought this one was cute and I shared it on my personal Facebook page several months ago and it's one that sticks with me. When we start to make healthier choices in our eating habits and working out, especially in the beginning, it's to "lose" weight. But if we look at it like this, do we really want to lose weight or get rid of it. I know me personally, I have no desire to ever find that weight again! For most people, staying on track can be a mental process, and so instead of looking at it as losing weight; look at it as you're getting rid of it and it's never coming back!
