Daily Motivational - Why Wait?

This is funny, but true! So many times we have this mindset that we need to lose weight before we seek help from a personal trainer or join a gym. I'm not sure exactly why that is, except it's just human nature. But, the reality is, it's pointless! When I started getting serious about my weight-loss I weighed 350 pounds, and after six weeks of eating healthier I did lose 13 pounds, but knew I needed to start working out and that's when I hired a personal trainer. I weighed 337 pounds when I actually started working out at Fitness Together. And I can guarantee you, if I would have had the mindset that I needed to lose weight before I contacted them, I would not be as successful as I am today!
